Spencer is a Golden Retriever boy who was a stray for some time. Spencer, we estimate, to be about 18 mths. old, up-to-date on his shots and is neutered. As you can tell from his pictures, he is very thin but we suspect he will be about 75lbs when full grown and filled out. When he came into TVGRR he was flea infested thus the loss of hair you see. All has been addressed and his hair is coming back in. He is quite the tall boy; all smiles, and wagging tail.

Spencer loves car rides, playing with other dogs, and is cuddly with humans.

Spencer keeps his kennel clean, not bad on a leash, seems to know the sit command, and down. Likes dogs, both large and small, but don’t know if he likes cats. He is quite excited when you first meet him but settles quickly. Due to his size and young age, children under 8 are not advised. He would love an active family who will give him lots of love and who he can give all his love to. He is very smart and a quick learner.
