Say Hello to Lucas

Lucas was found as a stray. He appears to be a purebred Golden Retriever who is 10 months old years old and weighs ~64 lbs.  He is micro-chipped, neutered, heart-worm negative, crate trained, and up to date on his vaccines.  He keeps his kennel clean, loves to play and mostly he loves belly rubs!  He is super friendly.

Lucas enjoys digging holes, he is being discouraged from doing so, but he might need some continued training to help him understand that digging might not be appropriate.

Lucas rode very well in a crate in the car.  However, he does not like getting into a car. Short, frequent training lessons will be needed to get him used to getting into the car.

Lucas has a lot of puppy energy and would need strict supervision around children.  We recommend no children under the age of 8 years old.

Lucas is a big love bug and just wants human attention.😊  Are you and your family ready for a playful love bug?

The ideal home for Lucas is a house with a fenced in yard and active family who has the time and energy to train him to be the best dog he can be!
