This is Scooch (named after a character in the Go, Dog. Go! TV Series):

Scooch is a 1 year old Golden Retriever who was given up by his owner because they did not have time for him.

Scooch, is 69 lbs., up-to-date on his shots, heart-worm negative, and is neutered. Scooch is housebroken. We don’t know if he likes to swim.  He is not afraid of storms and does not have any separation anxiety.

Scooch loves car rides, is obedience trained and used to being groomed.  He does pull hard on the leash and is a very strong boy.  He loves to run and play and loves attention.  Scooch really needs a fenced in yard to run and play.

Scooch is good with other dogs and is good with cats.

Scooch does not like motorcycles. He will bark at them until they are no longer in site. He also does not like people knocking on the door.

Scooch would love a family who will give him lots of love and make him part of the family. Small children under 10 is not advised simply because he is still a puppy at heart.
